No matter what initial capital the foreman had, his final capital will always converge to 100 after many (infinite)visits. If the money can't be split into any amount less than 1 cent, and the amount is paid using the regular rounding, then the foreman will end up with exact 100 if he brought any normal amount greater than 100 dollars, up to 3.43E+10.
