measure the time

If use same way but with different sequence, you can measure 1hour 15min directly:

1. Light two ends of rope 1 and light one end of rope 2

2. Light one end of rope 3 when rope 1 is totally burned out

3. Light the other end of rope 3 when rope 2 is burned out.
