<p align="left"> 看網上的柬埔寨遊記，講到同屬東南亞風味的柬埔寨美食，不禁讓我想起那年印尼之行的美味小食。
</p><p align="left"> 印象最深的小食，是一種平民小吃，叫”Combro”(譯音「尊不籮」)。
</p><p align="left"> 那是用木薯粉做皮，用一種發酵的豆渣做餡，形狀跟港式點心咸水角差不多但體積小一號的油炸物。這麼講起來好像味道肯定是怪怪的，卻不然，木薯粉有它獨特的香氣，越嚼越香。發酵豆渣餡味道較特別,但加上胡椒粉等香料調制，雖說是素食，味道卻一點也不寡。
</p><p align="left"> 到埠的第一天，我試過路邊小攤販賣的Combro，就一直念念不忘那好滋味。後來又吃到幾次小店裡賣的，卻沒有第一天的好吃。
</p><p align="left"> 回到香港，在機場與老友道別時，她塞給我一包食品，說是印尼親友親自做的點心，回到家一看, 呵呵呵!是Combro。
</p><p align="left"> 忙不迭地塞到嘴裡，乖乖 !餡是辣的，而且是香辣!加了蝦膏辣椒醬的特制combro，非常的對味!我一口氣幹掉了5個!這「極品Combro」的滋味，不知道什麼時候才可以再次回味呢?!
