那天，穿過小區的公園去附近的商場逛逛，走在樹蔭下，老伴說:「今年夏天怎麼不太聽到知了的叫聲?」我一想，好像也是。往年夏天，一推開窗戶，樹上的知了就像大合唱似地叫著，雖嫌刮噪，但這是屬於夏天的聲音，聲音小了，聽不到了，倒讓人覺得有點奇怪。</p>
<p align="left"> 提起知了，讓我想起去年在北京吃過的「酥炸爬拉猴」。連忙把相機裡的相片翻出來。</p>
<p align="left"> 「爬拉猴」就是幼蟬猴，是蟬的幼蟲，也叫知了狗或知了猴。</p>
<p align="left">
資料顯示「蝉猴性寒、味香，具有解热定惊等功能。含有大量的高蛋白，可食用，蟬殼是中藥的明目藥材。」</p>

聽起來不可思議吧?但那碟「酥炸爬拉猴」真的非常好吃！酥脆甘香，比吃油炸花生米還好吃！不！不對！比花生米香多了！要如何形客那種酥香的味道呢?我想有點像嚼焗夏威夷果仁那種滋味，你懂的！一顆接一顆停不了口！
那天還叫了一碟「酥炸螞蚱」，味道遜色多了，不香！我還嫌螞蚱腿長，放進嘴裡的感覺不太好！</p>

這智能手機就有這點好處，特別的東西照一照，什麼時侯想起來了翻出來看一看，當時的情景、滋味又歷歷在目了！隨筆記一記，也算用一用腦了。</p>
